When there are teams coordinating and working together, there are bound to be differences and conflicts, and inter-team challenges are expected to occur, but resolving them immediately is necessary because it not only otherwise disrupts the flow of work, but also make teams get bitter towards one another. The inter-team challenge that I want to share is about the conflict the HR team and the accounts team had go into.
